From the moment I walked in to Perfect Pearls, the staff were welcoming and made me feel at ease! I had been debating whether or not to start my teeth whitening journey and I am so glad I chose Perfect Pearls, I honestly believe the positive experience I received was down to the passionate and dedicated team. It was evident that staff LOVED their jobs which made me love being there too. The care I received from my consultation with Siva, having impressions with Jodie and all the way through to receiving treatment was phenomenal. Boutique Whitening is a whitening kit which is used at home - it comes with clear, easy to follow instructions and the results you see each day is astonishing. I am now on the 3rd week using Boutique Whitening. I no longer use every night as I am happy with the whiteness of my teeth, however, It’s my personal choice to continue to use this product as and when necessary. Despite being an implant center, Dr. Sanjeev Ramrakha approached my case with exceptional care, exploring every possible way to preserve my natural teeth. He took my age and personal situation into account, showing a genuine concern for my well-being over any potential profit. For over six months, my regular dentist had insisted that implants were my only choice. But Dr. Sanjeev, dedicated to finding an alternative, presented my case to Dr. Vishal Klaire, a skilled visiting endodontist. Dr. Vishal suggested a re-root canal as a last effort to save the tooth. Although I was nervous—having already undergone two root canals on this tooth—Dr. Vishal’s expertise quickly put me at ease. He completed the re-root canal in just one session, and three months later, my follow-up x-ray showed tremendous improvement, with healing progressing better than expected. I cannot  recommend Perfect Pearls enough, Sanjeev and his team are fantastic. I recently had my old dental bridge - which looked very unnatural- replaced by Sanjeev, my new bridge has transformed the look of my teeth and  it looks so natural.  I was an extremely nervous patient to begin with but the friendliness and professionalism of Sanjeev and his team of dental nurses ( special thanks to Lead Nurse Jodie)soon put me at ease. At the initial consultation Sanjeev throughly explained and discussed my options,  then at each stage of the treatment he would expertly explain how the process was going and what the next step would be, always putting me at ease,  ensuring that the final result would be the best possible- and it definitely was ! Perhaps the greatest testimony I can give to the care, efficiency, attention to detail, value for money and, above all, expertise for the staff at Perfect pearls is that I should countenance a 6 hour round trip to take advantage of their services, when local dentists are available within an hours drive or less.  Throughout my treatment Sanjeev Ramrakha has explained the process at great length, put me at ease and ultimately returned me my smile. He, and his team, always providing a degree of ability and competence that, I feel, could not be surpassed.  Every appointment felt like I was meeting a friend not a dentist !!  Consultations are free, unlike every other dentist I researched costing, at the very least £100, and often much more.  So what have you got to lose ? I had an awesome experience. I have a (completely) rational fear of any dentistry but also suffer with teeth envy! After taking redundancy I started my home work and found perfect pearls (well previous name) and started my implant journey.
